You can permanently delete your account and everything in it. Neither route requires you to reinstall the app.
Sign in, then go to Alerts → Delete my account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm, because this removes every ticket you have saved and cannot be undone. Deletion happens immediately.
Email feedback@careermoonshot.com from the address on your account, with the subject LottoLocker account deletion. We verify you own the address and delete the account. If you no longer have access to that address, write from any address and tell us which account to remove; we will verify another way first.
Published lottery draw results are public information, are not tied to your account, and remain in the app after you leave.
Deletion from our live systems is immediate and irreversible — there is no grace period and no soft-delete. Copies present in routine operational backups are removed as those backups age out on their normal rotation, and are never used to restore a deleted account.
